By placing an order on hipze.com you agree to these terms.

Crafted Dreams LLC is the seller. These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, United States, and any dispute goes to the courts there.

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we email you to confirm dispatch, not when you pay.

If something sells out between your payment and our packing, we cancel that line and refund it in full, immediately.

Prices are in USD and include any sales tax we are required to charge. Import duties are not included — see the shipping policy.

Payment is taken through a payment provider's own secure checkout. We never handle or store your card details.

If a price is listed wrongly through an obvious error, we will contact you before dispatch and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Pieces are hand-finished, so variation in dye, print placement and stitch tension is expected and is not a fault. Product photography is as accurate as we can make it; screens differ.

We are responsible for loss you suffer as a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs, which are outside our control.

Nothing here limits our liability for death, personal injury or fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
