Shipping

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment clearing, Monday to Friday. Orders placed over a weekend go out on the next working day.

If something in your order turns out to be short, we email you the same day with the options rather than holding the whole parcel.

Domestic delivery takes 3–5 business days once dispatched. International delivery takes 7–16 business days, depending on your country's customs.

These are the carrier's working estimates, not guarantees. Peak periods add time.

Shipping is free on orders over $120. Below that a flat $9 applies.

International orders may attract import duty or tax charged by your own country. These are set by your government, collected by the carrier, and are not included in what you pay us.

We declare the full value on every parcel. We will not mark an order as a gift or under-declare its value — doing so is illegal and it voids your insurance.

You get a tracking link by email when your parcel is dispatched.

If tracking has not moved for 10 working days, email support@hipze.com with your order reference and we will open a case with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost we replace it, or refund you in full if the piece has sold out.
